　　项目规模及内容：项目总投资2亿元。新建旅游接待服务中心大厦（接待大厅、快餐厅、旅游购物中心、商务中心、旅游休息区、旅游厕所、文化娱乐中心）、旅游集散广场（2900平方米）、停车场（3000平方米）。总用地面积1.98hm(29.7亩)，城市道路0.16hm(2.4亩)，总建筑面积14788平方米。

Suizhou City Tourism Gathering and Distributing Center Project

　　Project background: Suizhou City is the homeland of Yan Di and Shen Nong( two legendary rulers in ancient China).and also the origin of ancient music ,Chinese ginkgo, Chinese orchids. There are resourceful national scenic spots such as Dahong Mountain in Suizhou City. The tourism industry is developing fast. According to the overall planning of the tourism development of Suizhou City, Suizhou CPC committee and government decide to construct tourists gathering and distributing center project.
　　Project scale and content: The total investment is 200 million RMB, which is used to construct the central building (reception hall, fastfood hall, tourism and shopping center, commercial center, tourist resting lounge, washing rooms, entertainment and cultural center) The tourism square is 2900 square meters, the parking lot is 3000 square meters. The wholly occupied area is 1.98 hm,(29.7mu), roads occupy 0.16hm(2.4mu), the gross construction area is 14788 square meters.
