项目背景：随州作为鄂西生态文化旅游圈的“门户城市”，擂鼓墩、编钟等独特的历史人文资源，已成为省、地双方发展旅游，繁荣文化，促进经济建设的金字招牌。目前，《擂鼓墩古墓群保护规划》已通过国家审批，根据规划拟建成集文物保护、旅游休闲于一体的遗址公园，为今后申报世界文化遗产打下坚实的基础。

　　项目规模及内容：项目总投资1.3亿元，拟建于随州市经济开发区寨湾村二组，随川火车站南端铁路东西两侧，占地面积1000亩，分两期投资，建设期3年。

　　效益预测：项目建成后，每年可以获得税后利润1800万元以上。

　　Project scale and content: The total investment is 130 million yuan, proposing to build in Group 2 Zhaiwan Village of Suizhou Economic Development Zone, the east and west sides of southern tip of Suizhou Railway Station, covering an area of 1000 mu The construction period is 3 years.
