　　项目规模及内容：项目总投资2亿元，新建水上滑翔场、划艇俱乐部、沙滩浴场、渔业观光、狩猎场、各种风格的别墅及民俗风情旅游娱乐项目。

　　效益预测：项目建成运营后，年可接待游客500万人次，年总收入1亿元，年利润4000万元。

　　Project background: Xu Jiahe reservoir in Guangshui city is honored the Pearl of the central plain. It is the third largest reservoir in Hubei province. The reservoir covers 7000 Hectares, with 108 islands. The islands have very attracting views and pleasant climate, green waves, clean water. Inside the lake there are series of mountains, willows fluttering beside the rocks, with all the islands are competing with each other , fishing boats floating on the surface, contributing to the reputation of water park. Xujia River scenic spot is listed into《the World Landscapes and Scenic Spots collection》

　　Project scale and content: The total investment is 200 million RMB, which is used to construct water gliding lot, boatrowing club, bathing beach, fishing tour, hunting ground, various styles of villas and tourism entertainment projects of different folk styles.
　　Estimated profit: It can receive 5 million tourists after construction, and can bring the total income of 100 million RMB every year, the annual profit is 40 million.
