项目背景：广水经济开发区（武胜关镇）位于湖北北部鄂豫皖三省七县市交汇处，享有省属经济开发区和鄂北“口子镇”的各项优惠政策，境内有107国道，京广铁路客运站和货运站，距京珠高速公路出口约4公里。经论证，拟选址在广水经济开发区与大悟县交界处新建鄂北物流仓储加工中心，初步规划占地面积2平方公里。　　项目规模及内容：项目总投资5.3亿元，一期占地约500亩，投资1.3亿元，建成大宗农产品仓储加工区，年交易额30亿元；二期占地约900亩，投资1.7亿元，建成风机、建材及生活资料大市场，年交易额80亿元；三期占地约1600亩，投资2.3亿元，建成各类小商品批发加工区，最终形成年交易额在200亿元以上的鄂北大型物流仓储加工中心。
